See Elfie Update. Update, Elfie, Update!

It occurs to me that I haven't really updated in a long, long time. I shouldn't be on the computer right now, but oh well. Chores can wait.
I had a job last week! Yaaay! I don't have a job now! Boooo! Darned temp jobs. Still, it's a paycheck. Also, unemployment finally came through, so I can pay bills! HUZZAH! That's a nice feeling. I still need a job, but yesterday's want ads had a couple of nice ones for me to apply for. Wish me luck!
The wedding plans continue apace. This is a very good thing. I'm over 1/3 done with the wedding favors, and garb is coming right along. My wedding dress is nearly DONE! HUZZAH! I'm quite excited. It's very pretty.
Stress has been rather overwhelming lately. Thank God for my family, especially Alex. He's so good at just LISTENING to me. He's also great at knowing when to offer suggestions. He understands what I'm going through, to some extent. It's a wonderful thing. I am so blessed to be marrying a man like him. *huggles Alex tightly*
My family has been so supportive lately. They always are, but particularly during the past few days. With so much going on, I tend to get irritable and more sensitive. Also, I don't get to see my family much. Last night, we had a nice time with just the four of us, sitting around and listening to the Dr. Demento show. It was a pretty good one last night, too. ^_^

saraphina_marie's LJ. She's been writing this FABOO story that I love. Just read it. It's fantastic. I laughed, I cried, it moved me, Bob. I can't wait to find out what happens next!
