We are NOT Amused.
Mar. 22nd, 2006 08:44 amSo, today is my third wedding anniversary.
It is also the last day of final exams for Alex and me, so Alex is studying.
We also have to go to a meeting this afternoon.
In the immortal words of Queen Elizabeth I, "This sucketh. That's it; no cushy royal endorsement for thee this year!"
Also, unto all of thee who desired fuzzy knitted kittens:
I regret to inform you that I can't knit a kitten for everyone who wants one. I really want to, because I love you people and you all deserve kittens, but the kittens that I am knitting presently are going to be prizes for small children, and extras will be handed out relatively randomly at the next SCA event I attend (That's Egil's, folks!). I also can't sell them, as the pattern isn't mine. I can give you the link to the pattern, like this:

If you still must have a knitted kitten and don't want to learn to knit just so that you can have one (in which case, shame, shame! Knitting is fun!), leave me a comment to that effect and I'll see what I can do. If you are knitting your own, let me know about that, too! I've learned some things about putting them together that you might find useful.
And now, I'm off to drink my latte, knit kittens, and wait for the washer to stop spinning so that I can put laundry in the dryer.
