elfie_chanOkay. I've switched my e-mail from Hotmail to Yahoo (HUZZAH!), but I still go back and check my Hotmail every so often. This morning, I found this subject line in my 'Junk Mail' folder: "Make your toilet paper talk!" This sounded wacko, to say the least, so of course I clicked on it, hoping to be amused.
Well, I was amused. Oddly revolted, but amused. It seems that there's this company that puts out this toilet paper holder that talks. You can even record your own messages, in case there's something you want to say to those who use your bathroom. But here's the interesting part. One of the suggested messages was, "Will you marry me?" I'm sorry, but take it from me, all of you people out there who would even CONSIDER proposing by toilet paper: That is NOT the most romantic way to do it. Flowers, yes. Going down on one knee in front of your loved one, taking his/her hand (hey, girls propose in this day and age, too), and gazing lovingly into his/her eyes, yes. Very good. But NOT toilet paper. The last time that anyone wants to be proposed to is when he/she is...well...indisposed.
So, that's your romantic advice from me today! Don't propose by toilet paper! Oh, and don't buy one of these things. They look like they're made of cheap plastic, and really, what would you want to say to someone by toilet paper that you couldn't say when they're not concentrating on...other things? Hm?
Well, off to work.
