You can buy them at Market of Choice and Trader Joe's. I love the little Caramel Bites (the company that makes them is Daelmans, and they say "Mini Stroopwafels" right on the side). They taste great with hot beverages, or just for breakfast with coffee (which is how I'm consuming them right now).
