Arrrr....

I just felt like saying that. Why do I feel the urge to post as soon as I get up? Maybe it's an addiction, like coffee...mmmmm...coffee... *sips chocolate milk--fat-free, calcium-fortified chocolate milk!*

I did some more writing yesterday. I realize that, for most people, this isn't very exciting, but I've been inspiration-deprived for such a long time that it's like a cup of Godiva Dark Chocolate Hot Cocoa and snuggles from both my husband and my cat simultaneously on a miserably rainy afternoon when nothing else has gone right that day. Yes, it's that good. ^_^ The story is plugging along, but I still need a name for my Evil Wizard! I also need to do some more character backgrounds (motivations and so on) and continue with the plot. However, unlike many stories I've written, the plot is growing right along with the characters! I'm getting more disciplined! This is a real breakthrough. I also drew a picture (unfinished, of course) of one of the characters, Damia, in her past and present forms. And I invented a race! Go, me! And Alex, as always, is great at pointing out holes in my plot and asking important questions. I'm so glad I have a creative, yet logical husband. *snuggles him*

Hrrrm...having accomplished all that, perhaps I'll believe six impossible things before breakfast...
