Alex,
arianadream and I went to see Pirates of the Carribean today. It ROCKED. I love swashbuckling movies, and this one was particularly good. Especially Johnny Depp. I probably misspelled his name or something (it's not like I'm a big Depp fan), but his character absolutely stole the show. He was hilarious. The movie made me want to hoist the black flag and sail the ocean blue, etc. Very "ARRRR!"-worthy. This Elf gives it two thumbs up and orders you to go see it NOW. The dialogue, in particular, is excellent. I got much inspiration for the Swashbuckling Adventures game I'm running. Hee!
In other news...well...not much else is happening. I may do some drawing tonight, or I may just trace off the pic I did last night and see about taking some colored pencils to it. Or I may just play with the PS2. Heh.
Oh! I did rejoin the fun on the GAFF Message Board today. I do enjoy that group...by reading the threads today, I learned the difference between constructive criticism and flames, and that pleased me. It also pleased me to learn that the purpose of the people on GAFF (believe it or not) is to leave constructive criticism. At least, that appears to be the purpose of the people on the message board. *nods*
Well, must be off now. More bulletins as events warrant.
P.S. My husband is the most wonderful man in the world. Period.
