Life, the Universe, and Everything...
May. 9th, 2002 01:09 amIt's been an interesting day. I haven't had Short Story Writing class all week, and I think I'm hitting withdrawal. Must...write! I've been doing a little writing, but not as much as I'd like. Of course, I never write as much as I like. ^_^;; Today, however, I did go to art class, and I enjoyed it. We're doing a group project--and normally, I hate group art projects. For me, art is a pretty personal thing. But this is going to be fun. We have to create an 'environment' and have a kind of story that goes along with it, playing with colors and sound and light. I'm actually pretty excited.
Work went late. Blargh. I hate that. Because of work going as late as it did, I didn't get to spend much time with Alex-kun. I hate that, too. -_-;
What else? I finally got Jor's face down...did I mention that before? I drew a really cute pic of him and Ohmi. With any luck, I'll be able to scan that (and lots more!) tomorrow. Whee! Hazzoo!
I miss my friends. These past few weeks have been really busy, and life's just gonna get busier. Ah, well. Thank goodness for summer break, coming soon to a life near you! Yay!
This week in web design class, we get to actually start designing our own web pages, WOOT! I am so stoked. I'm going to totally overhaul my webpage (again), and then finally put it up, popups or no popups. *smiles brilliantly* And then perhaps I can get enough money together to buy my own domain, etc. That would be very very happy, if only I don't overcomplicate things. I have a tendency to do that.
Well, that's the update on my life at the moment, and now...QUIZZES!

Spiff. Somehow, I didn't think I'd be a Griffindor, though I like them immensely...Ravenclaw is more my style. Doesn't make me any less valiant, though, so there! Grr! *stands as tall and proud as possible and turns on a fan so that her hero cape will blow dramatically in the wind, then smacks evil villains with an unabridged hardcover dictionary*
Also, whoever wrote this particular quiz has one small fact wrong: In the book, the bird that was the symbol for Ravenclaw was not, in fact, an eagle. It was a raven. *nodnods*
Yet another Sorting Hat result:

Where do YOU belong?
Okay, the results are in. I'm DEFINITELY a Ravenclaw. Ravenclaws ROCK! *bounces*
I can't find any more fun quizzes right now, and I'm tired...it's bedtime again. See you spiffy readers later...bai bai! *snugsnugs*
EDIT: This is how sad I am. The date today is November 30, 2005. It is literally over three years after I wrote this entry, and I still feel the need to leave a correction: The Ravenclaw symbol in the book was an eagle. We apologize for any confusion.
