For the Love of Trivialities!
Sep. 13th, 2005 12:00 pmFirst of all, as of last night, I have finished Chapter Six of Half-Blood Prince. I eventually had to put it down and pick up the considerably-more-soporific Mary Queen of Scots and the Murder of Lord Darnley so that I could go to sleep. I got into Half-Blood Prince considerably quicker than I expected.
I watched The Life and Times of Juniper Lee this morning, and I was highly amused to hear the main characters sing "I Sing The Body Electric" by Walt Whitman to a punk-rock tune. English Geekdom Rocks, especially in kids' cartoons! I was also impressed by the animation style of Juniper Lee. It's actually a fairly cute cartoon.
We're getting the cat tonight, glee! I still don't know its name or what kind of cat it is, but my mom-in-law says that it's pretty.
Further edits and updates will be posted later, depending on whether anything interesting happens.
