Note To Self: Tuck Elbow IN!

Alex and I went to archery practice today.

I have a big bruise on my inner elbow. It hurts to touch and is turning an absolutely fabulous shade of purple. Have I mentioned that it's big? Like about three inches across? I smacked it about three times with my bowstring because I wasn't paying attention to my form and my elbow sticks out a lot. I iced it as soon as I got home, so it's not swollen anymore, but it's still no fun.
