SPICY CHOCOLATE!
Oct. 18th, 2005 10:13 pmAlternate Title: Yaaay, Brains!
So, I've been watching too much Invader Zim lately. Gir is still adorable. I have just heard the Doom Song. I revel in my cute geekiness. Also, Cartoon Network showed the "Holy Crap! Lions!" animation yesterday. On Real TV, not the Internet. I was stunned, even as I sang (loudly), "Where can you find lions? Only in Kenya!" I'm scary like that.
The Spicy Chocolate I refer to in the title of this entry is a type of Dagobah brand dark chocolate. It has a name that I cannot pronounce or spell, but it starts with an X. It has chiles in it. You bite into it, and at first, you just taste delicious dark chocolate. Then the heat sneaks up on you and ambushes your tastebuds with surprisingly spicy yumminess. Then the dark chocolate overcomes the heat, leaving only a slow, mild burn. It's not just chocolate; it's a taste explosion! I think I need an antacid. I also think that "Spicy Chocolate" would be an excellent name for a rock band.
Today is Random Thought Day.
I have been keeping an offline journal, and that is going well. It allows me to write private things without fear of reprisal. It helps me work things out in my head. I am also using my offline journal to actually write, and that's all kinds of fun. While I'm not participating in NaNoWriMo this year (and good luck to all of you who are!), I still plan to do more creative writing. Of course, I still have to do school essays. Which I hate. Phooey.
I should probably go and do some reading now. I am full of goo. Mission goo.
Either that, or my brain has turned to mush. Too much television, I expect.
