1. My comic I've been working on, Casually Chaotic, might get printed in the college newspaper!
2. I have a chance at an internship in the print shop next term!
3. There's a cartooning contest that I'm going to enter as soon as I get info on it, and I get info tomorrow!

Yay! I've been feeling kinda down the past couple of days, but today ROCKS MY SOCKS. Here's why:

1. I have an interview tomorrow with the editor of The Torch, my college's newspaper. We're going to talk about the possibility of me doing a comic strip. The paper only comes out once every two weeks, so I can probably handle it, and also, it'll be a chance to get my work out where people'll see it.

2. Remember that "field trip" my publication production class took to the print shop? My teacher told the print shop guy (whose name escapes me for the moment) about how excited I was about the whole offset press thing, and he asked, "So, does she want to intern?" I get more info on it on Tuesday, I hope. WAI! If this works out, I'll probably intern either next term or the term after.

3. I'm entering a cartooning contest as soon as I get more info.
